I began my career as a virtual assistant at a start-up in 2013, where I quickly found my passion for virtually helping busy professionals and entrepreneurs increase their free time and expand their business. Upon the startup's unexpected overnight collapse in August of 2015, hundreds of their employees banded together to support each other and the clients they served - forming a nationwide chain of lemonade stands.
Thus Lemonaide was born overnight - expounding on the idea that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Lemonaide celebrated its eighth birthday in August of 2023 and is still going strong. I've retained several long-term clients and value those enduring relationships more than I can put into words.
My ever-present drive to grow and learn has led me on many adventures over the years, broadening my knowledge base and expanding my skillset and service offerings. Along the way I discovered my talent and passion for Project Management and Operations, obtaining my PMP Certification in October 2023.
Servant Leadership: I operate first and foremost with integrity, from a philosophy of Servant Leadership - I have a low ego and balance transparency with compassion and empathy. I am an agile and versatile operator who is comfortable in ambiguity and thrives working with cross-functional teams and creating order out of chaos. I deeply value authenticity, communication and interpersonal development as a foundation for building high-performing cross-functional teams.
People-Centered: I'm perpetually on a mission to meaningfully connect with people and create positive change in their lives and roles, extrapolating those wins to enhance broader business objectives. I pride myself on being a resourceful, quality-focused, detail-oriented and multi-directional critical thinker who values transparent honesty steeped in compassion.
On a personal note, I am a mama to my two beautiful young children. I love spending time with my fur babies - I have three (yes, three) cats; reading, writing, singing, interior design, and gardening.
